For every friend that you refer to me, you receive a $5.00 discount on a haircut!
To take advantage of the $5.00 promotional:
o You must refer someone to Lynnette Lashes and Locks.
o They must have services rendered and pay for the appointment.
o They must provide your first and last name as the referrer.
Please note that:
o You can only redeem one $5.00 discount per appointment.
For example, four valid referrals would be discounted across four different haircuts.
o This promotional discount only applies to hair cut services.
o Someone can only be referred one time.
o Discounts expire after 12 months.
For every 10 appointments you have with me, you receive a $5.00 discount on any service!
To take advantage of the $5.00 promotional:
o You must book your service, have your service rendered, and pay for the appointment.
o You must provide your first and last name (that matches your card) for tracking purposes.
o This name/card must be used for ALL appointments in order to track your discount. Please let us know if your name or card changes!
Please note that:

o Only IMMEDIATE family members (spouses and children under 18) can contribute to a single loyalty program.
